How to Play "Баллоны и насосы"

Learn the round loop: one Game Master keeps the true definition private, today’s active players submit one bluff each in sequence, then the Game Master reveals, records votes, and scores the round.

How to Play "Баллоны и насосы"

"Баллоны и насосы", also known as "Надуваловка", is a local-first party word-bluffing game. The table scores in two ways: by spotting the real definition and by writing fake definitions that other players believe.

What the shipped flow assumes

  • One shared device stays with the table for the full round
  • One Game Master keeps the true definition private for the round
  • Every active non-Game-Master player submits one invented definition during a shared-device handoff
  • After the reveal, every active non-Game-Master player records one vote in /game
  • Scoring happens before the next round starts

Route map

  • / is the setup home with the short intro, guide links, roster edits, and round settings
  • /guides holds the public rules and Game Master advice
  • /game is the private live round surface for the word step, capture, reveal, voting, and scoring
  • /app stays outside the live hot path for saved-session review, archive history, and clean restarts from archived rosters

Core round loop

  1. Start or resume the table from /, then continue in /game once setup is complete.
  2. The Game Master picks one word and keeps the true definition hidden on the device.
  3. Confirm the current Game Master for the round. That player does not submit a fake definition for the same round.
  4. Pass the device to each active non-Game-Master player one at a time and capture one believable fake definition per player.
  5. Freeze the reveal deck, shuffle the mixed answers, and read every option aloud.
  6. Let each active non-Game-Master player vote for the definition they think is correct.
  7. Do not allow any player to vote for the option they submitted themselves.
  8. Reveal the true answer, score correct guesses and successful bluffs, then start the next round when the table is ready.

What the Game Master tracks

  • The current Game Master
  • The active word and its true definition
  • One fake definition from each active non-Game-Master player
  • The frozen reveal order and each non-Game-Master player's recorded vote
  • Round points, running totals, and the used or skipped words for the session

How a session usually ends

Agree before play whether you are running a fixed number of rounds, playing through a prepared word pack, or stopping at a set time limit.

At the end, compare total points and announce both the overall winner and any extra titles you want to award for standout bluffing or guessing. Use /app afterward only if you need saved-session review, archive history, or a fresh start from an archived roster.
